It happens to me A LOT, way before I started being interested in lucid dreaming etc. I always thought it was kinda strange and that it wasn't normal but I guess if both you and I seem to experience it, many others most likely would. I find it kind of fun in a way lol. |

Spinning/dizzy
Ok so heres what happens. Occasioanlly i will wake up in the middle of the night and i will shut my eyes to go back to sleep. After about a minute or 2, i will feel like everything is spinning and i never knew what it was so i would just open my eyes and it would seem to stop. Then i would try to go back to sleep and sometimes it would happen again and sometimes it wouldnt. I was just wondering if this had anything to do with dreaming or if it was just a head rush or something.

Its normal. it has to do with your body shutting down. And with the fluids in yoru ear going to a differernt setting. Ill try to find some old post and get you some good anwsers.
