I had 2 LD's last night.
Which brings me up to a newbish question, how many LD's a night can you have?

Anyway, how many LDs a person has just depends what kind of person they are. Some, like me, may only have one LD per month, while some naturals may be lucid all night every night. It's all about how much you want to LD and how hard you're willing to work for it.

by what I've learned here I guess I'm a natural but even tough I have LDs frequently I had two LDs in the same night just once in my life so congratz on your progress
