      I'm new, help wanted!!!!

I have had only one Lucid Dream that i can recall, and have been interested ever since. I've done all the research, I've taken a philosophy class, and i am obsessed with the idea of what lucid dreams can change about my life. I want to know if time travel Through a Lucid state is possible, whether or not answers are available in such a state, and just, what else is out there, that i cannot attain in an aware state. i feel like i can have lucid dreams rather eaily since i can recall my dreams daily, and think about the world in reality, and also in my dreams. If anyone has any Helpful Tips i would much appreciate it, but also, if you have not seen the move "Waking Life" you need to. Its a movie all about philosophy and the dream state and what can be achieved through both. Again thank you for any ideas!

      Greetings!
My advice to you is to practice constantly for lucid dreaming while awake. It's like playing an instrument. And being interested is also necessary, but it sounds like you've got that one down.

      Welcome-

Start a dream journal if you haven't already. That should help with your recall even more. I have heard stories of people going to places in the past. Pretty much the sky is the limit with what you can do while Lucid. The problem is honing your skills.

BTW- Waking life was a great movie. Blew my mind, and that is what brought me to lucid dreaming. That guy from your quote though, was one of the only parts of the movie that I didn't care much for. I guess he was just a bit toooo far out for me. Which is saying something
