      Im back

      Hey I havent attempted lucid dreaming for ages now. Ive been still having about three a month. Last night I had about 6 lucid dreams which has provoked me to start trying to lucid dream again.

      At one point I was having 1-2 lucid dreams most nights. I hope to get there again.

      Thanks for the warm welcome. I just gotta get myself a notpad for my dream journal then ill be giving constant LDing another shot

      Dream recall is still decent, I remember bout 3-4 dreams a week, I never forget Lucid dreams but maybe some parts of them. Writing them down will help heaps.

      Yeah im a natural. Ive been having regular lucid dreams since i was very young, around 4 I think. I started LDing back then I think to be able to wake myself from nightmares.

      A lot of the time I just repeat "When Im dreaming ill realise im dreaming" over and over as I fall to sleep. It has more chance of working if I wake up in the middle of the night and go back to sleep.
