      Hello EVERYONE! Terrific Community

      Hello! My name's Adil and this is my first post here, although i've been occasionally visiting this forum for weeks.. I've had many lucid dreams, but they don't last more than a minute, sometimes less as i usually wake up.

      So my GOAL is to train myself to maintain and control my lucid state. And this looks like a terrific, friendly community to get some advices. I'll also be very glad to contribute, as i have a good knowledge on concepts related to LDs (i'm a psychology student).
