Thread: How do you lucid dream?

Hey guys, can i ask something? How do you have a lucid dream? I have been recalling dreams for a while, but it doesn't work.

its not just the fact that you recall dreams, after words you have to pick out dream signs and such. if i were you i would read the book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge, i found it very helpful and interesting. also keep in mind that this is not something that you can do overnight in most cases, it takes a lot of motivation and practice, good luck.
