      Hello all

Hello everyone, I have been interested in dreams for as long as I can remember. I have had a few lucid dreams in my life, and have a pretty good recall. This subject really interests me and I hope to refine my dream recall and really understand the tutorials.

So greetings everyone, I look forward to meeting you

P.S This forum is very well run in my opinion, you guys do a great job

Hey there and welcome to the forum!!
If you want to refine your recall, you should keep a Dream Journal. It will rocket recall. And looking at the tutorials will really help your LDing, too!
Thanks for the compliment...except I am only a citizen....
But if you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

About a dream journal, would there be any point in writing down previouse dreams I remember? Or would my recolection of them be altered over time?

It couldn't hurt. In the process of writing, you might find that you remember more than you think you do. It might also be of some help in identifying any common dream signs you might have.

Yeah, there would be a point...so you can remember them for life. And also, it will help increase your recall as well! So you can remember dreams all the time!
