Hey there! Welcome to the forum!! If you are looking to be an LDer, you have come to the right place. Lucid dreaming is a skill that can be learned by anyone. All it takes is a little effort. Try looking at DV's tutorials here. I am sure they will help a bit. If you need anything, don't hesitate to contact myself or another Dream Guide. We're always happy to help!

      That was a good one.

There are some people who actually enjoy sleep paralysis and it can be used very effectively to enter into a Lucid Dream.

      Welcome and Good Luck.
