There are some things in your environment that can trigger certain memories, such as what you have dreampt previously. I do this a lot! As far as I can tell, it's a very normal occurance. |

So I read a lot about lucid dreaming yesterday, and this morning I woke up and wrote down one dream that I remembered. I got up, and turned my light on, and I remembered another, very short dream, about me not being able to turn on that same light. Kindof a false awakening, sorta. I wrote that one down. Later I went on my trampoline and did a few tricks and then I rememberd ANOTHER dream about me talking to a news station on television over the phone about tricks on the trampoline. |

Me, too - sometimes doing random things during the day can trigger recall of a dream. Then I try to quickly jot it down so I don't forget it again! |

Yeah- alot of times I'm just vwalking around, and suddenly remember a random dream. Kinda fun. |

It happens to me all the time. Just the other day I was in school taking a test, and randomly this huge sex dream came back to me. haha. its funny how your mind can remotely connect 2 events. |

That's not unusual at all, things you where doing in real life jogged your memory for something you did in the dream world. |
