Hi, my name is Tom, I am a writer and a philosopher. I see this as an opertunity to enhance my writing and understanding of the world. My friend told me about Lucid Dreaming and I am very Interested, yet confused on how to start. If you could help me I would very grateful. Thank you.

Like Ravenqueen said, you might be interested in looking at the tutorials, but also, it would really help if you started keeping a Dream Journal, so your recall can increase, and the chances of LDing will, too!
