      Er..Hey!

      Im guessin I might as well post. Muah. My friend introduced me to LD, well, he sent me an internet link. And in short, I ended up here =) Yep yep. Ive only known about LD's for around 4 days, so I havnt gotten very far. Actually, I have not gotten anywhere. Im currently workin on dream recall since I'm one of those people that usually doesn't remember anything after waking up. Any way to make it easier?! Spose not.. Anywho, no one needs my life story so Ima just quit right there. So..hey!

      Welcome to this little gathering of dreamers!

      If you want better dream recall then first of all keep a dream journal, that really helps. And also tell yourself before you sleep that you will remember your dreams.

      Yea a dream journal will definitely help. Just record anything you remember down, it makes your brain adjust to the importance of remembering dreams.

      Heya. Yea, I started a dream journal this morning actually. First dream I've remembered in five-ish months.

      Heh, I have this habit of putting random, or not so random, words together for user names. Tenebrous means dark, murky, obscure, that kind of thing. And repose is calmness, tranquility, to lie at rest, state of being at rest, ect. Sort of fits with the dream thing I guess.
