Hey guys, im new around here and am very interested in Lucid Dreaming. I have had several before, compleatly by accident, and would like to repeat the same experience. I have recently started a dream journal and think i have fairly good recall (If i sleep good i can recall 2 dreams a night with ease, and usually a faint third one) I would like some advice on several subjects though. Firstly, i have thus far not been able to induce a LD. Since i am a begginer, what do oyu believe the best method for me would be. Secondly, is there any way for we to wake myself up in the middle of the night without an alarm clock. The reason for this is that when i have to set my alarm, it completely riuns my relaxation. Thnks in advance for any light you could shed on the subject.
