My first lucid dream ... well almost

So I had my first Lucid Dream and it's really blown my mind. When I say it's my first I'm being a bit disingenuous in that I used to have them all the time as a kid but just lost the knack as I got older and life got weirder. I'm in the habit of checking my reality once or twice every ten minutes at present. A friend of mine told me some nonsense about chatting to demons when you lucid dream. Anyone know anymore? NM

NM AH ok, you can ignore what I asked you in the private message about it being your first or not. About the demons....well, you can chat with any dream character that you wish to summon up. But I believe that they are only figments of your subconscious and nothing more. Though there are people here who believe that characters that appear in your dreams ARE real, and you can read about that and other paranormal dream related stuff in our Beyond Dreaming section. Ha ha! Well - yeh - the reality check thing is only currently I'm sure I'll relax a bit on that over the next few days as the real world takes over. NM
