Dizzy

I had A LD last night were when i went to fly instead of going through the roof like I thought I would I Smashed my head into the roof and got dizzy and had really no control over my balance. I was just wondering If anyone new if it was normal to get dizzy in a LD after hitting your head ?

I think it's pretty normal to get dizzy in your dreams. It's happened to me before, as in when I am falling or when I am spinning around really fast, or sometimes when I thought travel. Don't worry about it.

Hey there and welcome to the forum!
It is normal to get dizzy in a LD. I tend to get dazed myself if I fall asleep in a 'hot' area.

Hi welcome to the froum

Usually when I go lucid, I feel as if I'm drunk, I stagger and usually don't manage to walk straight for a few seconds. So I think dizzyness is quite normal.

Amen to this! I've only had one decent-length LD, that was my first and only successful WILD. In this, when I was walking around, I was really groggy and dizzy at first, and the room was like spinning around me, just like it would if I was really, really drunk.

If it helps at all, what I did to stop the dizzy drunk-feeling was stare at the backs of my hands. This really cleared stuff up, and stopped the dizziness.
