brainwave generator damage?

Hello, I was curious about some information concerning Brainwave Entertainment. Does anybody know of any safety precautions one could take before experiencing binural beats with the brainwave generator, i.e.-serious side effects when used with anti-anxiety /depression medications? or more specific: has anyone ever experienced OBVIOUS NEGATIVE EFFECTS WHILE USING BRAINWAVE GENERATOR, HEMI-SYNC, OR ANY OF THE RELAXATION COMPANY'S USAGE OF ALPHA AND THETA INDUCTION CDS? I have had access to bwgen for a few years but am hesitant to use,because I have heard ambiguous accounts on behalf of binural beats causing seizures and even death.
