      What can I do?

I go to school during the day, and I still do stuff after school. So really the only time I have a chance to pratice is before I go to bed. So what can I do besides eat and drink stuff?

Hey there and welcome to the forum!!

If you really are having a hard time finding time to do this, you could always try doing it on a Friday/Saturday night, when you should have more time to do it!
If you have any other questions refering to LDs, feel free to ask!

Hello and welcome. You basically have to build it into your daily life. Lucid dreaming is about becoming more observant of your surroundings. You don't have to set aside a specific time to do things, such as reality checks. You can do them as you are going about your normal business. Perhaps you could begin to be more observant of the world you're in, and begin asking yourself if you're dreaming when you see something that seems odd or out of place.
When you ask yourself this question, don't immediately answer it, or try to justify it. Ask it with the thought that you could well be dreaming.
If you do this enough, it becomes a habit and you should eventually do it in your dreams!!!
Dreamsigns are also helpful. If you don't keep a dream diary, i strongly recommend that you start one, and look for any recurring images that could be used to perform a reality check. For example, if you keep seeing a pink elephant in your dreams and recognise this, in waking life you can tell yourself that next time you see a pink elephant in a dream it's time to do a reality check!
      Does that help?
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
