      Why?

Why can I remember one dream better than all my others? I had it at least five or six years ago. I was walking with my cousin. I think we were walking along side my uncles pond. And I had a stick in my hand, and I asked him if there were any bears around.

Hello eastcoastpop. The dream you have been experiencing is known as a recurring dream. Everyone has them from time to time, most of the time the dream has a meaning to it but it is only truly understood by the dreamer not the interpreter.

Your subconscious believes that this dream is of importance therefore not only does it remember it better but it is replayed over and over.

I would suggest posting the dream in detail in the “Interpretations” thread for an interpretation of what it could mean.

I don't think he was asking about a recurring dream. He was asking why he can remember a dream better than all of the other ones he had.

Yep! And I would post it there, but that's the only part I remember.

I know, it's just that it sounds a lot like a recurring dream. Sorry for any confusion.
