I got a question for the more skillful people in here. When you really have mastered the skill of becoming lucid, do you have to continously practice the reality tests and exercises to keep the skill, or do the ability to spot a dream stick? How do you lucid-gods get lucid? Are you just trained to recognize any dream or do you have to keep inducing it by will or waking practice? I'm very curious... Have you found your own auto-pilot? |
