      what is this?

      yesterday i found this website and i tried dream recall the same night (last night)

      in my dream i know i was dreaming but i could not control anything at all but i was definitly lucid

      what happend?

      Lucidity and dream control are two different things. They are just linked because usually once you master one, the other is made simpler to learn.
      It's all about becoming in touch with your subconscious.
