False Awakeing . ?

Hi all.. I've tried haveing Lucid Dreams before, but a week after my first time i stopped.. The 30/5 i started again og this night i had a Lucid Dream.. I was in the woods with my brother and we started to talk about rain, and then it start raining ! Then i yelled that i was dreaming, and to prove it to my brother i lent back, and jumped, and was floating in the air.. After that, i woke up, and found my notebook...but that was just a false awaking, so then i got up for real, and wrote it down... Do you guys and girls usally have false awakeings when you have Lucid Dreams.? First time i had a Lucid Dream, i dreamt i was at my GF's place, and slept on her lap, and in THAT dream i had the "lucid dream" and then i woke up from the Lucid Dream, and countinued the "real" dream..Is that a FA too ? It might sound confuseing, but feel free to ask...

I wouldn't say 'usually' for me, but false awakening are one of the several ways to have a lucid dream. Especially if you have several in a row, because then you begin to really question if you are dreaming or not, which can lead to lucidity.
