Keep a dream journal -- that's the best way to improve your recall. As soon as you wake up, even if it's the middle of the night, write down whatever you can remember of your dreams right away. Most of the time you'll find that the more you write, the more you will remember. |

Mynd you, møøse bites Kan be pretty nasti...
I woke up in a haze and scribbled down my dream...I woke up and read it, and I didn't remember writing 90% of it. It's not very specific either... |

It's definitely a start - especially since you didn't remember writing most of it down when you read it later. You'll start training your mind to remember more and more when you take the time to write down anything and everything you can remember. Stick with it and keep up the good work! |

I also read some where that it's important to also write down specific feelings you had in your dream, if you recall them. Regarding the dream journal - I can only recommend it since my recall have more then doubled. It feels odd going up in the middle of the night doing notes though |
