Sleep Paralysis - what to look for

On a few tries while I experimenting with WILD I have noticed (what I think) is SP setting in, but I want to clarify to be sure that I am not mistaken. In the latter stages of what I think is me experiencing SP my eyes start twitching, and I mean twitching intensely. Usually this begins to frighten me as I think it is not natural - but is this actually just a natural progression into deeper SP and possible more vivid HI?

SP is when you can move nothing but your eyes, I think...

yes, thank you, i did know that part, I just wanted to know if it was normal for the eyes to twitch intensely when experiencing SP - mine tend to jerk back and forth quite fast and it normally frightens me out of my attempts at using SP as an induction method, but if that is normal I will find a way to conquer it.

Oh yes, it is, because your body panics and since it can oly move the eyes, it twitches them really fast. It's natural.

Huh... I've never experienced the eye twitching - but wondering if it isn't the onset of REM?

Are you seeing anything when this happens?

Yeah - the HI gets pretty intense when the eyes begin to twitch. I tend to agree that it may be the onset of REM when the eyes are twitching, but usually excitement prevents me from utilizing this to have a lucid dream. I will find a way, of that I am confident.
