SP is when you can move nothing but your eyes, I think... |

On a few tries while I experimenting with WILD I have noticed (what I think) is SP setting in, but I want to clarify to be sure that I am not mistaken. In the latter stages of what I think is me experiencing SP my eyes start twitching, and I mean twitching intensely. Usually this begins to frighten me as I think it is not natural - but is this actually just a natural progression into deeper SP and possible more vivid HI? |

yes, thank you, i did know that part, I just wanted to know if it was normal for the eyes to twitch intensely when experiencing SP - mine tend to jerk back and forth quite fast and it normally frightens me out of my attempts at using SP as an induction method, but if that is normal I will find a way to conquer it. |

Oh yes, it is, because your body panics and since it can oly move the eyes, it twitches them really fast. It's natural. |

Huh... I've never experienced the eye twitching - but wondering if it isn't the onset of REM? |
