I just wanted to start a thread and say a bit about myself.
I'm Lisa and I'm 15 living in the US.
I've wanted to learn how to control my dreams for quite some time now and today I decided I should google it and see what I can find, and that is how I found this site.
I've realized now that I've had a lot of lucid dreams, ever since I was little. But there's a lot that I don't remember. There are also some times when I'm dreaming and I start to question if I'm dreaming or not, which I'm not really sure is a lucid dream. And I've just asked my mom and she said she's always had lucid dreams and thinks I'm crazy that it doesn't happen with everyone.
I also remember once when I was thinking about something that I really wanted to dream about and I actually dreamt about it, but I didn't have control over what I was doing. So after that I've always tried to think about what I want to dream about right before I go to sleep but I always think way too much and let my mind wander and it usually takes about 10 to 90 min. for me to sleep depending on if I'm tired or not and it's practically impossible for me to think about one single thing for an hour.
So I think that's enough rambling for me.
Any tips for a beginner?
