I've been conditioning myself for WILD by trying it at night (to become more focused during the real thing and get used to the process) and attempting it every so often after 5-6 hours of sleep. |

you are on the right track...the "tingling" feeling is sleep paralysis kicking in. concentrate on it calmly and try to get a feel for it. for instance, if you feel it in your feet, try to "pull it up" so that it spreads to other parts of your body. |
