      The one thing i'm afraid of...

      Hi i'm sorry that i have made a few topics now in this area

      The one thing that i am afraid of is if i have an out of body experience
      I want to lucid dream but i have heard of OBE's and i am afraid that i might accidentely do it.

      Is there a way that i can LD but not OBE

      Don't worry about it! not once have i EVER had an OBE. i heard you really have to try to get one of those. Again, dont worry, even if you do have one! if you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

      Don't worry about it. there is no scientific evidence that OBE's exist.

      I wouldn't worry if I were you. I don't think you are in danger of anything, really. Plus, if you did have an OBE (which, I don't even know for sure if they exist) you should just remain calm, and understand that it's only a form of consciousness that cannot hurt you in any way. Don't worry about it. It'll stop eventually. Paniking only makes any discomfort worse than it actually is.

      An OBE is an out of body experience. It is when you feel as if your soul has left your body. I do not think this can happen. I think this occurs in very vivid and non-lucid dreams.
