      quick question please read!!!!!

      just a quick question, what do you find is the best method of lucid dreaming

      also, what is FILD

      i read about it in someone else's old pot but they just mentioned it, they did not explain it.
      Are we living in a Dream?? If so, then what is Reality??

      Well, if you are a beginner MILD should be the best one for you. Combine it with WBTB and you have a big chance of getting a LD. But first you should try to be able to recall your dreams good. Keep a dream journal
