Thread: Hello, I'm New

Hello everyone.

My name is Kassi, I'm 15 and I've always been interested in dreaming. Ever since I was little, Ive always had these amazing dreams but it is only recently that Ive started to learn their meaning and take them seriously.

I've only had lucid dreams about twice, but it was still a great experience!

At the time, I was very into Astral Projection and I had been trying to do it for about a month but I had never succeeded. So, in my lucid dream, I knew I was dreaming so I figured I should try to fly since thats what Astral Projection is the most known for. So I did. It was amazing, being able to controle my dream, and actually being able to feel the wind on my face, and the release of gravity. I love when I can actually "feel" in my dreams.

So anyways, I'm still a beginner, but I would like to know some tips on making my dreams more Vivid.. because I'm going through some personnal issues right now and I'm trying to solve them anyway I can. I know dreaming is supposed to help you deal with your life and yourself, so thats what I'm hoping will happen.

Are there any good teas out there to help me Lucid Dream or something?

Welcome to the forum. It's awesome that you decided to join us. You may want to check out our Interpretation forum, and our Beyond Dreaming forum. Those have some things you might be interested in. If I were you, I'd start by looking at the tutorials our site has to offer. There are a couple of tutorials dealing with realism of dreams and vividity of them. Anyway, you could check out some herbs such as Calea Zacatechichi. It is known to increase vividity and things, but neither it nor anything else will "make" you LD. You have to work hard at it. Even so called 'naturals' have to put forth some effort. Anyway, if you need any help, just pm me. Have a great time with us!
