Hello Everyone! My First Post in the Forums...

Hello everyone! It's great to be here!
It's kinda funny, my whole interest in lucid dreaming took root during my senior year in high school. (Graduated a week ago! Woo!) In my psychology class, we were studying dreams and sleep patterns. One of the kids a few seats next to me mentioned his lucid dream questings. What he explained and described about lucid dreaming to the class really interested me, but I forgot about it soon after our section on dreams ended. Last night though, as I was doing some thoughtless web surfing on google, I randomly searched under "lucid dreaming", and came up with this site. After staying up till one in the morning reading up on some of the info here, I decided to begin my training for lucid dreaming.

This morning I recorded my first dream. Although I could only remember one, I feel like I'm heading off on a good start. This site offers an incredible amount of information and seems very helpful. Hope to visit it more in the future!

Welcome to the forum, Bjango! Glad you came across the forum! You're right, there's a TON of helpful info here to get you started. Starting a dream journal was a wise decision - I was going to suggest it but you're way ahead of me!

Please feel free to post any questions or experiences you may have - good luck and have fun!
