Yesterday I happened to stumble by the site, and I read through it and was very interested. All last night I was doing little Reality checks around my house trying to get into the habit. And when I got in bed I kept repeating to myself "Tonight I am going to remember my dreams" out loud.
Sometimes I remember dreams, usually I don't though. Tonight I went to to sleep with a sheet of paper and pen next to my bed incase I would wake up
Well for some reason last night was a interesting night. I had a total of four dreams, and each dream I woke up and remembered enough to scribble down a few key sentences about each dream (mainly settings and characters and things I saw)
On my last dream, I can't remember what set it off, but i looked at something on the wall and then snapped my head back at it and said "Wait, I'm having a dream!!"
My excitement must have woke me up because the dream faded out and next thing I know I was awake
I guess It's a good start. I'm worried that I won't remember enough details about my dreams, my summary's look like little jot lists, but I am going to keep trying. I'm going to do these Reality Checks all day and hopefully have another good night tonight
