      Any one know about Named subconscious Technique (NST)?

      Hi

      I was just wondering if any one has used the Named Subconscious Technique as i have just found it in the tutorials.

      If you have used this technique is it useful ?
      Also isn't it like self hypnotism even though you are awake?
