hey all,

I stumbled across this site yesterday as I was looking at dream information for a speech and I was amazed and so I was all fired up to try this out. I decided to use the FILD technique I set my alarm for 330am but I decided to try it when I first jumped in bed just to see how I would do it. I done it for a while and I slowly started to tingle and then my eyelids started moving real fast I got scared this time and wriggled out of it it was so amazing. So I tried it a second time and after a bit longer it started happening again but this time just the tingling and my whole body was tingling real bad it felt sensastional and then I felt like I was being sucked into my bed kind of then it slowly stoped and I done an RC, I was still awake I decided to relax for a bit more then do it again. On the 3rd attempt it took a while but I kept at it and the same thing happened but this time I felt like my body was being tipped up then down etc and it was like I could see through my eyelids ( a picture was very very slightly emmerging ) but then I started thinking about it and It started to stop, I done a RC to make sure and I was awake. I then decided to go to sleep normally. I woke up on my 330 alarm but I didnt feel that tired so I decided to relax but I went to sleep, I had a very vivid dream tho that I can remember exactually what happened and what it looked like.

Was I getting somewhere? Is all the feelings normal? What should I have done next?
Im pretty happy that something actually happened but I want to keep expanding on this any comments are welcome.

      cheers

oh and I forgot to add that when I had the feeling that I was being sucked in and being tipped up. I could feel my heart getting faster and faster. pretty cool feeling too.

      *Looks jealously at you.*

      Hey dZan,

If that was your first attempt (second, third, fortieth) then that is amazing! I have never been able to get anything "happening" from an awakened state (without pychedelic drugs like DMT or Shrooms). It sounds like your hardware might be geared to this kind of work. Read some sites about Astral Projection and then you'll be able to answer yourself as to whether you achieved something. *whispers, "you did"*

      Peace out,

      Rob.

cheers for the reply Im just reading about Astral Projection now and am astonished to see that ive been doing most of the steps towards it. I was pretty tired last night so that might of helped and I did have a multivitim that could of helped ( but I have one every day anyways ) Im going to try again tonight and see what I can do.

Welcome to the forum (and congratulations on finding the really scary bunchie green booger avatar, Easer Egg of The Internet).

You were defintely getting somewhere, some people would hate to know you got so far on your first few attempts. Just make sure you don't let yourself get too excited. Sometimes the feeling of falling off/being sucked into your bed just makes you want to move, and it can really shatter that relaxation.
