Hey!! Welcome to Dream Views WBTB worked great for me, like take 5hours of sleep wake up for 60minutes, write your dreams down then go back to sleep, and the LD's or Vivid Dreams wuld come naturally! Just remember to do RC"s every now and then!!

Welcome to the forum, night fox!

Just read through the different techniques and see which ones interest you. Everyone is different so these techniques are only a starting point to find you're own personal preferences and techniques. Try them all, and see what you like best.

Remember that it takes more than one attempt to know if it's going to work for you or not. LDing requires lots of practice, effort, and patience on your part, so you have to be willing to put forth honest effort.

Personally, I like WBTB and MILD the best. I also utilize reality checks based on my common dreamsigns. You can recognize your own personal common dreamsigns by keeping a dream journal so you can see patterns.

Really read through the tutorials, and make good use of the Search option at the top of the page. This forum has so much information to offer, and it's all at your disposal - make good use of it, and good luck with everything!

I'll add my welcome also, Night_Fox!

I agree with Burns -- MILD and WBTB have always worked well for me. And as she said, whatever method you decide to try, give it a fair shot. It may take a couple of weeks of dedicated practice before you see any results.

Check out the Adoption Guidelines for more info. I'll tell you right off the bat, though, that you have to be a member for 2 weeks before getting adopted, or adopting anyone.
