Hello's & The Obligatory Introduction

Just wanted to say hello & to introduce myself to everyone, and this seemed like the proper place to do it. So hello...! & let me say you all seem like a fine group. I don't think I've ever seem a message board so properly organized and the guide and adoption programs are a GREAT idea.

I've been fascinated with dreams my whole life but in the last 5 or so years this interest has taken on much more meaning to me. I'm a mildly successful lucid dreamer - that is to say, I've had many lucid experiences since 1999 when I started trying, but I still am not to the point where I'm simply able to to will it or have them on a regular, nightly basis.

My interests in dreaming relate to broader interests such as the mind, consciousness, brain science, drugs, meditation, hallucinations, enlightenment, quantum physics, science, spirituality, etc. I'm also very interested in life extension and this concept of the Singularity. Try Googling that or "Ray Kurzweil" to read some wild predictions of the future between humans and computers related to this idea called the Singularity.

I also have a blog related to dreaming. It's new & disorganized & really not so interesting yet but I have big plans for it. I promise I am not here to spam peope about it. But I do have it in my signature. If this is not allowed, please let me know & I will remove it.

My motivations for being here are probably like those of many others: to read interesting posts, to learn new things about dreaming and lucid dreaming, and to share my thoughts and experiences when I think it will be useful for others to read them.

And BTW, I found this board and site by googling for info on B6 and dream-enhancement.
