What time should I go to bed?

The Time in which I go to bed afects the possibility of haiving a lucid dream? I usually go to bed around 11:00 - 11:30... Is this okay?
      Thanks in advance

No, it depends on how sleepy you are. However, the human body has a watch inside, that reacts on daylight, but if you sit up to maybe 3:00 in the morning, it doesn't really matter.
