      RC didn't work :(

I had this dream the other night my exboyfriend wanted to get back together, so I said to myself, hm, is this a dream? So I looked down at my hands and made note of my glasses on my face (a day or two before I wondered perhaps that would be a good RC), but my hands were normal and whatnot and I did see the rim of my glasses, so I went along accepting the dream as reality. Perhaps I need to practice better RCs...

Well, it's a good step in the right direction to even remember to do an RC in your dream. So you're definitely on the right track.

Though I agree with you about trying some other RCs. Maybe this RC tutorial will give you some good ideas. A lot of people use the clocks one, and the one about holding your nose and trying to breathe. But use whatever works for you - you may even need to take an idea and tweak it a little to suit you better.

I agree with Burns, do what works for you. Holding my nose and trying to breathe
always works for me. Good Luck !

      You're getting sleepy......
