      Newbie ! - little intro

      Hello, Dreamers !
      I didn't know much about LD, but while browsing the net for curiosity's sake (about shamans and such), I fell on LD sites - like this one *wink*
      I had a few LDs years ago, but I'm a very basic beginner !
      I bet I will learn loads here.

      Though from what I've read, I should not try too hard to have a LD...

      Well, it's not trying too hard that will cause problems. It's if you start getting stressed out. Stress can hurt your dream recall among other things, so just take it easy when you're trying to LD. It's fun. You'll like it. You'll be lucid in no time Just let us know if you have questions.
