A few days ago, I had a really cool dream and when I woke up, and was thinking about it all morning, I thought, I bet there is some way to be able to control my dreaming. So, about an hour ago, I started searching around the internet and I found this sight. I am so excited. It's like your own little world that you have control over everything that happens. I know I'll pop right awake when I first realize myself lucid. I'm too excited right now. Well it's off to bed, and my first night of training myself. Wish me luck

ya...some people can do it naturally once they realize they can, but most cant so dont get yer hopes up ;p ...it just takes practice...but it is totally awesome...i havent heard a single person say 'ya, i can lucid dream easily, but its not really very fun/interesting' cause you can do anything! hehehe

...this forum is really a great community, even if you aren't all that interested in lucid dreaming...i come here mostly for the people myself, as i am a fairly natural lucid dreamer, but the people sure do rock (myself excluded, i do something more like metalling, than rocking...);p

Thank you everyone. Last night didn't work. Just a normal dream. It seemed more fuzzy to me when I woke up, too. I usually can remember them fairly easily, but I couldn't with last nights. Maybe cause I'm trying too hard. But anyway, thank you for having me.

Just as an inspiration, how many days/weeks did it take each one of you too have lucid dreams? (I know that it differs with everyone, but I want to know individually)

Im a Natural Rusty. I used to Lucid everynight as a kid without will. I was a Lucid dreamer since I can remember. Now as I've gotten older it doesn't happen that way anymore. Although I can Induce my LD's at will by way of MILD's which basically I can go into Lucidity everynight if I wanted.

MILD= Wake up from a dream. Go back to sleep thinking about all the details of the dream exactly the same, except you were lucid and aware that you are dreaming. Repeat.
