      Hello,
I'm a 28 yr old college graduate, and I've been recording my dreams for about 2 years now, and usually remember about 12-15 dreams a night with 1 or 2 lucid dreams a month. I wanted to know how many dreams ppl usually have in a night, and what effects Vitamin B5 can have on them. I've taken it for the past 2 nights, and haven't seen much of a change. I'd also like to know if ppl have experienced a more "hyper-real" state of lucidity- dreams in which I know that I'm dreaming, but also realize that the dreamworld has depth, and actually feel objects and the area like I would when I'm awake. I don't think that this is astral projection, but a different plane of dreaming, i guess. I've tried to project, but besides feeling a very vibrational state, and a "pulling" of my lower back out of my physical body, I've yet to do it.

Hi there, Morph Welcome to the forum. I'm glad you registered because you'll find soooo much useful information regarding LDing here - and none of the new age crap that other forums peddle.

You remember 12-15 dreams PER NIGHT?? Wow, I can't say I've ever hear of anyone remembering that many per night! And a 1-2 LD per month average is good, too. Good to hear you've been keeping a dream journal - what kind of format do you use? I can imagine at 12-15 dreams per night, you must have written volumes by now.

As far as the B vitamins go, I've never tried supplements myself. I feel like it's more of a placebo effect for most people. And I do fine without them.

I think what you mean by "hyper-real" is vividness, right? Some people have very vivid dreams, and LDs tend to be extremely vivid - I know mine are, anyway. But everyone's different, so it depends on the person.

I'd encourage you to utilize the Search function at the top of the page. There is loads of good information throughout this forum - please make good use of it!

And feel free to post any other questions or experiences you may have. Good luck and have fun!

I actually beleive it is Vitamin B6 that has the most effect on your dreams... try that.

i think what u mean is you remember 12 - 15 dreamscapes a ngiht... not 12-15 dreams... we only have about 5 dreams a night... so that would be tough
these jokes in no way reflect the opinion of mountain or his affiliates and subsidiary corporations, and as such he is immune from all whining, bitching, complaining, lecturing, the pointing out of ignorance, awareness raising, lawsuits etc. if you would like mountain to stop making racist jokes, he in turn would like you to go f*ck yourself</span>.
