      Hello everybody, I have been lurking around this forum for about three weeks now and finally decided to create an account. I am by no means an experienced lucid dreamer, but thats why I'm here; I want to learn.
      I have had three lucid dreams, one lasted about 30 seconds, and the other two were low levels of lucidity and only lasted about 5 seconds each If you want to know anything else about me, feel free to ask.

      I do have a dream journal. It is not on the computer, I actually have a little notepad that I write everything down on. It has helped me a ton on dream recall, also it is really fun to go back and read through it : )

      I dont have a dream journal but i can recall two dreams a night and have at least 1 lucid dream a week but im trying to go for 2 last night i had one but it lacked control
