Hey im new to the boards, and i am trying to get into lucid dreaming. Does anybody have suggestions for helping with lucid dreaming or dream recall?? if so, please let me know. Thanks

Thanks [/b] On the main Dream Views site read the page on Dream Recall. Before even attempting a Lucid Dream you need to be able to remember 4 or more dreams per night (so I heard&#33 . This can be achieved by keeping a "Dream Journal" by your bed. If you wake up from a dream in the middle of the night simply record everything you can about it in the journal. Some people set their alarms to go off in intervals of 90 minutes. Which is when your in the REM stage of sleep. others drink lots of water. I found last night I simply had think to myself "I will recall my dreams" over and over as I fell asleep and I woke up 3 times Best of luck
