To Ask You And Introduce Myself

hello everyone, i accidentaly came across this site and forum, i'm reading it for couple past days and i'm really amazed. whole my life i had vivid and amazing dreams and for couple of times i dreamed lucid, when i was a kid i just started dream journal one day and year later i stoped writing, i have collection of about 300 dreams writen and even today i remember some of dem clearly. I believe in signs of life and dreams, and that everyone of us is on his journey to becoming one, we are all travelling from different points towards the center, some will find their innerself thru music , some thru books, people or dreams but all conscious people will meet one day in the place of bigger shadows and lights. if nothing in my life happens by accident, then coming to this forum has a reason, and 4 days ago i started to have strange dreams, few minutes after laying in bed i suddenly fall in a scene that frightens me for my personal reasons (first "dream" was couple of guys coming after me, second was flashlight and camera and third was police chase), it lasts for couple of moments when im still on the border between reality and dreamlife, i shock and start to tremble, "wake up" and then fall to sleep. i never experienced anything like this ?

i was raised in mixed family, where anything spiritual was called "using drugs" or "mental sickness" but life has been playing tricks on me thru my journey, this year when i came to college i met some strange people and began to experience things like never before, do you believe in neverwrong reasons of life ?
many times i had dream in dream, lucid dream in "normal" dream, i can recall my dreams with high precision, i experience deja vu almost every day, and i even dreamed some places that i went 2 or 3 years later

2 weeks ago i was on the seaside reading a very special book to me and when i came across one specific page i recalled my dream 3 years ago (reading the same book and same page on that specific place), what i find as a sign of my journey connected with that book, has anything similar happend to anyone ?

year or 2 before, for one whole period i was dreaming in one specific city, it has some touching points with my city where i live but it was bigger, every night i had a dream happening there, and started to explore it, if i could draw i could even draw a map of it, i know almost every detail, every building. Experiences ?

im not very introduced in lucid dreaming theories and ways to accomplish it, it was happening natural, are ways that all of you described on forum working ? can anyone say, "i learned to lucid dream ?
