I registered here about 7 months ago and was never really that active. Guess I didn't have enough patience. It sucks because when I was a little kid, I'd always be able to have lucid dreams without even trying. Now it's a challenge just to remember them. I recently purchased Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming so hopefully it'll help to an extent. By the way, the dreams that I do remember are a bit odd, so if I decide to start a dream journal on the boards will I get some smart ass comments? Glad to be here!

[/b] Most people start off LDing as a kid to escape nightmares, but they tend to lose the ability with time. But you've come to the right place to learn how to LD again! I recently purchased Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming so hopefully it'll help to an extent. [/b] Yes, that book will definitely help you - especially if you read it before falling asleep. It helps get you in the lucid dreaming frame of mind, so to speak. It contains a lot of good information that I'm sure you'll be able to use in your own life. Also, EWOLD is referred to a lot on this forum, as well as other LDing forums, so you'll know exactly what is being discussed. Your dream journal is your own, and you can put in it anything you like. The community is very friendly and open-minded, so don't worry about that. Anyway, good luck with everything and have fun!
