Have you got good sleeping hours? |
|
So I started attempting Lucid dreams a while back and I havent really had a Lucid dream yet but I was well on my way. I was remembering like 3 dreams a night, I was writing them all down in a dream journal. I could remember everything like so well from my dreams. Then one night I didnt remember any dreams and then the next and now its been like three weeks and I havent remembered a dream at all. I try and remember what I was dreaming about the second I wake up but I can never remember. I occasionally remember small bits and pieces of dreams but I cant remember the actuall dream anymore. Any ideas on how to help me remember my dreams more cause if I cant recall my dreams then I will never be able to Lucid Dream |

That's good. 8 hours is the recommended amount of sleep for the average person. |

After a long dry spell I gave up trying to remeber and have lucid dreams as a result I stopped rembering any dreams at all. Now a month later I've decided to start over again and am remembering 1-2 dreams a night. |

Hey there, |

You have 4 or 5 REM cycles every night. Remembering your dreams simply involves waking up soon after a REM Cycle. Well, you can do this by drinking many glasses of water before going to sleep, and then drinking more every time you wake up during the night to go to the bathroom. |
