Hello, I just stumbled over this forum and would like to learn and try some lucid dreaming. My name is Justin, and I'm currently 16. I live in USA Michigan. It's been awhile sence I had a dream i could remember, so I'm willing to try some lucid stuff

      Hi and welcome to DV.

I havn't tried using an mp3 when trying to go lucid so I can't offer much help there. You should use the tutorials section as that offers loads of help when trying to induce LD's.

Your method sounds like the wake back to bed method (WBTB). I would use the second method but stay awake for about 30 minutes to an hour.

Do you use a dream journal to help dream recall or do reality checks?

      Hope this helps.

I never actually tryed to do a lucid dream for like ever. So I have no major experiments. I know how to reality check, and stuff from tutorials though. I kinda moved the thread to the right area to ask questions. Just to make it follow the topics.
