What exactly are you implying? That in the process of Lucid Dreaming at least half of one's Conscious Awareneness becomes possessed by the Dream Persona, and does not immediately revert to the Waking Self after awakening?

Hmmmmm. Interesting hypothesis. Now, I have never felt 'tired' after awakening from Lucid Dreams. I always thought that I was somewhat invigorated, at least upon awakening. I have not taken special note on how I stood up throughout the remainder of those days.

Yeah, I don't know if it is "consciousness" that makes one tired and I would also say, "invigorated". It sounds cliche but when I wake from a Lucid Dream I feel far more rested than normal... I think Lucid Dreaming has a degree of spiritual healing to it (like our Soul laps it up), whether we ask for it or not, it's just one of the many, many perkies. =)
