Hi I have just joined this forum and have been reading about lucid dreaming for a while now, the problem is that they key to ataining an LD is recaling your dream and realise you are dreaming. Well I am stuck at a fundamental barrier by the fact that I cannot recall dreams what so ever, I dream about once a month if I am lucky, I don't think I am a deep sleeper and its not down to the fact that I am tired i usually get 9 hours + of sleep minimum. |

You have to be insistent with the mantra. Don't just say it likes it's nothing - CONVINCE yourself that you will remember your dreams. |

Starry starry night, paint your pallet blue and gray,
Look out on a summers day,
with eyes that know the darkness of my soul.
