Hey everyone, my name's Dan, I'm 16. I heard about this site a while ago, took a look at the long articles, then continued to play my video game and completely forgot about it. Then early this summer I tried to do this sort of thing without knowing how, kind of trying self-hypnosis on my own. It didn't work. Then very recently I had an awesome dream and completely remembered it and woke up and was like "Wow! If only I could control my dreams..." and then I remembered this site! So I hope to be able to learn and become an active member of the community

Hi there, Hellfire Sorry, I had to use that smiley to match your name.

Anyway, glad you remembered the forum. It's definitely the place you want to be to learn more about LDing. See you around.

Lucky, it would be fun to be someone who has been having Lucid Dreams their whole life, not even knowing that having control is unusual. I can't wait to have my first lucid dream, but I just know I'm going to be so excited that I wake myself up :yumdumdoodledum:

So many things to try... hehehe

naw u wont get to excited, i didnt! just think to yourself "hey this is a dream!" and dont go wandering off! i think it was billbobs post that suggests to stop and look at your hands for like 10 sec. that helps the dream become more real. also if u havent got a dream jornal get one. write in it every night it helps a ton. trust me
