Thread: Buna Ziua! [hello]

Hello! Hehe.

So seeing as i've been here for a week i decided its probably time i got round to posting an actual introduction. I live in Sydney, Australia and i've been lucid dreaming ever since i was a kid - except for many years not i never really knew anything about it or what is was. Not long ago, i came accross a topic on lucid dreaming in another forum and it was only then i realised how lucky i was to lucid dream when i was younger. Ever since, i've become very interested in lucid dreaming and its practice and have been trying to get my dream recall and other abilities back to what they were.

I've been keeping a dream journal nightly for about two weeks, which has greatly helped my recall which is up to abuot three dreams per night. I also practice meditation, except i don't really know much about it - so hopefully whatever i'm doing is right. It seems to be helping anyway.

Other than dreaming, my main hobbys are art [photo manipulation, photography, painting models - particularly warhammer] and reading. I also have taken particular interest in ideas such as the reality of astral projection and obe as well as things like oracle cards. I'm very interested in duscussing these things with anyone, as i'm quite new to the topics and wanting to learn more.

So myeah, i hope to hear from you all soon ^^

Hi, welcome to the board. It sounds like you&#39;re off to a pretty good start, why don&#39;t you check out the tutorial section, that has loads of stuff on various induction techniques. I&#39;d heard that meditation can be used to induce lucid dreams.
As to the Astral projection and OBE, i recommend you check out the beyond dreaming forum, there&#39;s usually lots of good discussion on it in there.
