New Technique I Tried

Im not sure what it's called but it worked. So here's what I do everynight I turn on my fan. My fan makes some noise, b/c of the motor. Then I did a wake back to bed. I couldn't hear my fan at some point. Here's the weird part I was having HI but nothing was happening I was getting angry. So I decided to roll out of my bed. I thought if I fall then I fall or maybe when I open my eyes I'll be in a dream. So I start to roll then fall out of my bed and open my eyes. I determined I wasn't dreaming w/o doint a rc (that's where I made my mistake) then I thought maybe I'm having an obe so I looked over at my bed and there was no body so I just carried on my dream normally.

A few things, I woke up with a cover on me, and when I looked at the bed I noticed that there was a cover on it. I sleep with one cover. When I got up random people came in my room with my ids (they were in japanese). Also I woke up in my bed wondering why I wasn't standing in my room.
