I'd like to start of by saying: Hello, and thanks for the warm welcoming. I'm a 16 year old boy from sweden and I have been trying to get a lucid dream for about a month now but with no result at all. All the time I have kept a dream journal and it is quite full now. I have also performed reality checks frequently, and I have been doing MILD and WILD. The most frustrating technique is without a doubt the WILD since I can lie there for hours without anything happening, and after awhile that kinda drives you nuts. My question is simply: Is it normal that it takes this long? |
